Goldeye CL-032 SWIR Cool TEC2

Goldeye CL-032 SWIR Cool TEC2

The Goldeye CL-032 SWIR Cool is a short-wavelength infrared camera optimized for scientific-grade applications that often require long exposure times. To enable low-noise imaging across a spectral range of 900 nm to 1700 nm, the camera features a nitrogen-filled cooling chamber, allowing for very strong sensor cooling down to a housing temperature of -60°C through a two-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC). The standardized Camera Link interface, which includes GenCP support and comprehensive I/O control options, facilitates easy connection to many software solutions and synchronization with other system components. Furthermore, several automated image correction features contribute to the excellent image quality of the Goldeye.

Presentation of temperature measurement examples for glass products, continuous casting, bakery, and gypsum board.

Are you struggling with quality issues due to temperature distribution and temperature variations during the manufacturing process? We are currently offering application examples that can measure temperatures up to 3000℃!

In the glass industry manufacturing sites, temperature measurement is a crucial element for process management, energy management, and quality control. Additionally, temperature measurement is essential for optimizing the melting process, improving the quality of raw materials, enhancing the quality of final products, extending the lifespan of refractory walls, and recognizing dangers associated with cracks and perforations in refractory walls. We offer suitable infrared line cameras (PYROLINE series), infrared cameras (PYROVIEW series), and pyrometers (PYROSPOT) for various glass products such as float glass, container glass, glass bottles, and optical fiber glass. While the measurement temperature ranges differ for each model, these series collectively cover a range from -40°C to 3000°C. You can choose from various devices necessary for the products being manufactured. ■ Case Studies (Excerpt) - Successful case in glass manufacturing - Successful case in continuous casting plants - Process monitoring in bakery factories - Temperature measurement of gypsum boards
